you should take something with L-Dopa, Arginine, Horny goat Weed, Yohimbine, take this with some chocolate and maybe some caffeine for energy, but be careful this might turn you into a sex freak over time. and if you cant find somethig with ths combination just buy them all individually and take them 1 hour before intercourse.
